Anti-infection measures are implemented at METoA Ginza with the top priority of ensuring the safety and security of customers and staff.
Our anti-infection measures have been relaxed in line with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's revised guidelines for mask wearing that came into effect on March 13, 2023 (Mon.).
- ＜Anti-infection measures＞
- ・We have facilities in place for visitors to be able to check their own temperatures and disinfect their hands.
- ・All exhibits are disinfected from time to time.
- ・At METoA Cafe & Kitchen and the shop, trays are used for giving and receiving money.
- ＜Notice to Visitors ＞
- ・We advise those who have high temperatures (at 37.5°C or higher) or the symptoms of a cold to refrain from a visit to METoA Ginza.
- ・Masks are worn at each customer's own discretion.
- ・Please be advised that all members of the staff wear masks when serving customers.
- ・We appreciate your consideration for other customers, including social distancing and cough etiquette.
- ・Admission restrictions will be implemented on each floor when crowd congestion is expected on holidays, etc.
