Anti-infection measures are implemented at METoA Ginza with the top priority of ensuring the safety and security of customers and staff.

Our anti-infection measures have been relaxed in line with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's revised guidelines for mask wearing that came into effect on March 13, 2023 (Mon.).

  • <Anti-infection measures>
  • We have facilities in place for visitors to be able to check their own temperatures and disinfect their hands.
  • All exhibits are disinfected from time to time.
  • At METoA Cafe & Kitchen and the shop, trays are used for giving and receiving money.
  • <Notice to Visitors >
  • We advise those who have high temperatures (at 37.5°C or higher) or the symptoms of a cold to refrain from a visit to METoA Ginza.
  • Masks are worn at each customer's own discretion.
  • Please be advised that all members of the staff wear masks when serving customers.
  • We appreciate your consideration for other customers, including social distancing and cough etiquette.
  • Admission restrictions will be implemented on each floor when crowd congestion is expected on holidays, etc.

Depending on future situations, all the above may change without prior notice. We appreciate your understanding.
