The METoA Cafe and Kitchen concept is based on Australian-style cafes.
Australians believe that good food brings affluence to life itself. Accordingly, cafes where people can relax and enjoy culinary delights have developed while taking on many different influences. This unconventional and exciting style is a perfect fit for the ethos of METoA Ginza, the aim of which is to be a place where new value is discovered.
METoA Cafe & Kitchen incorporates the essence of the Australian cafe culture, delivering bite-size surprises and joy to people’s daily lives by proposing a new style of eating that is healthy, including plentiful superfoods, vegetables, and beautiful presentation.

At METoA Ginza, as part of its sustainability initiatives, all rice dishes served at METoA Cafe & Kitchen use original blend rice, which has been harvested in Mitsubishi Electric's contract paddy fields.
At METoA Cafe & Kitchen, rice is cooked in the Mitsubishi rice cooker "Pure Carbon Pot Tsumugi" for all of its rice dishes.

Limited-edition Sustainable Menu
In collaboration with Mitsubishi rice cookers
Harmony created by the "textures of ingredients" and the "grainy feel of rice."
Crunchy edamame, crispy cucumber and crumbly smoked salmon.
These different textures are in fine tune with grainy feel of rice.
By mixing them all up, you can enjoy both flavors and textures in this superb “poke bowl.”
As well as developing new rice cookers, Mitsubishi Electric is also working together with rice farmers in the Tome District of Miyagi Prefecture to grow rice in the company's contract paddy fields, with focus on natural environments and resources.

You’ll be spoiled for choice.
We hope you enjoy our Australian Brekky, which is only served on Saturdays and Sundays.

Dinner Menu
You can enjoy the finest artisan coffees and juices, as well as meals, from lunch to dinner with sweets, which focus on superfoods and organic ingredients.
Authentic cuisine is served, combining superfoods and edible flowers. We offer specialty coffee of the Allpress Espresso brand. Enjoy the best cup of coffee!
